Extraordinary General Meeting

The Trustees are proposing a change in the charitable status of the hall from one that is Unincorporated to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
Every resident over 18 in Alphamstone is a voting member of the charity.
What is this? What does this mean for your Village Hall? Would you like a say?
This meeting will explain why we would like to instigate this change and you can vote on whether you agree to it or not.
