V. Treasurer’s Report
Film club decrease from last year of £750pa so one to watch [apparently more to come].
VI. Window cleaning
There is a duty of maintenance to keep the windows clean. Quote for cleaning is £35 for a one-off, £20 every 3 months. Agreed £20 every 3 months.
VII. £1000 grant funding
Three proposals from David Holland: oven (£1000), ramp (£150), chairs (£?). LR to action.
NW to look at grant through ACRE.
VIII. Heating
The heating has been serviced but cannot be upgraded and we cannot operate the controls remotely. The service cost is £210pa. Service engineer did original quote to replace and is currently £8,000 for two units.
KP Investigated adjusting the infrared heating but the company who designed the system no longer exists and has been contracted to two other companies.
Further research required: KP to action.
IX. Future events
Big breakfast (6 places to sell),
Fete will be 26 May. Need to form committee – LR to action to set date.
Games on green, Winter warmer.
Potential events: strawberry tea, meal in March.

Booking app – LP to arrange for committee members.
